· Program Oversight, Compliance and Support

o Review, monitor, and evaluate program/project operations and outcomes

o Developing training resources and providing technical assistance for internal and external stakeholders

· Program Development and Implementation

o Make recommendations and implement changes to enhance existing program(s) or project(s) with supervisor and as applicable, division leadership and stakeholder support.

o Develop new programs or projects to improve and support existing program(s)/project(s) and/or to inform future policies(s) and initiatives with supervisor and as applicable, division leadership and stakeholder support

o Collect, analyze, and report on process and outcomes data

· Project Management

o Manage workgroups, contracts, grants, and other projects that require program facilitation or consultation

o Facilitating informed communication and direction to internal and external stakeholders for the program(s) and all related/assigned projects assigned

o Liaison on OMH initiatives, policy directives, and guidelines to other state agencies, local government units, and mental health providers.

o Collaborate with stakeholders on developing, enhancing, monitoring, and supporting children’s initiatives related to assigned program(s) or project(s).

o Coordinate logistics for trainings, learning collaboratives, in-person meetings and site visits.

o Conduct virtual/in-person meetings, presentations and trainings for state partners and various community stakeholders.

• Assure access to care, perform evidence based screening/assessment tools to determine level of need and level of care for services in the network assist children, youth and families in navigating a developing system of managed care service delivery making referrals to children’s health homes and HCBS waiver services; perform initial service planning complete data entry to secure data bases and web portals as directed by NYS participate in county based, regional and state planning meetings provide utilization review of services as needed/required tracing data related to performance and quality of services provided to children and youth attend cross system meetings in the county track utilization of services and provide gap analysis of the service network

• Provide care coordination to youth diagnosed with severe emotional disturbance Assess clients, link to community resources, assist in service planning goals, monitor progress toward client-driven goals Adhere to care coordination guidelines set forth by OMH

• Provide opportunities for social engagement for adults with diagnosed mental illness that live in private proprietary adult home settings Model and coach socially appropriate behavior Complete documentation of services as dictated by department supervisor
