Manage all aspects of purchases made for Accutek Packaging Equipment Company overseas & domestic. Work with the Engineering and Production Department to decide what purchases including but not limited to parts (Machining fabrication / Sheet metal parts), motors, pumps, electronics, and raw materials are needed to manufacture equipment. Analyze repair trends to purchase correct quantities and items for repair items. Review and approve requisitions, supply sources, quotations, and terms for purchases. Write, maintain and obtain approval for Purchase Orders from Owners.

Reports directly to Owner as part of a two-man purchasing department, I Create purchase orders and communicate with staff & vendor's on a daily basis Follow-up on past due PO's, forecast changes in inventory levels, Also maintaining creates daily, monthly and yearly buying reports. Very strong working knowledge of Excel, Word & outlook
