* Seal and record orders.

Callcenter, where I started as a Quality Analyst, performing various duties, including:

* Providing training on all the products and services we handle

* Listening to advisor calls, writing them down, and providing feedback on strengths and areas for improvement, rating them to ensure the best possible customer service

* Monitoring and reporting daily on the progress of each training session and each advisor

* Attending new customer meetings and events

• Optica, where I worked as an advisor and assistant to the optometrist. My job was:
  
  * Scheduling eye consultations
  * Transcribing patient medical records
  * Monitoring patient improvements
  * Actively listening and empathizing to understand their needs and resolve their concerns
  * Delivering and explaining every aspect of the product the customer had decided to purchase.
