  • Involved in deals including land for multi-family developments, conversion of a hotel to an addiction treatment facility, medical facilities, large restaurants, multi-tenant properties, gyms, churches, and a multitude of office, retail, industrial, and land uses

  • Once obtained, used this license for three summers to guide trips out of Shelter Cove Marina on Hilton Head Island, SC for various adventures
  • Prior to each season, pulled all the boats to a dry yard to do maintenance including bottom paint, electrical work, engine repair, and other general maintenance
  • Gained valuable knowledge in trailering vessels as well as knowledge of general boat maintenance/repair during this time
  • Built heavily on handling people with diverse personalities, expectations, and skill levels
  • Involved in on-the-spot problem solving due to mechanical issues, weather, client issues, and more.
