Lender Labs started as a side project to provide better tools for portfolio management in the Web3 space. As the founder I oversaw product development, team coordination, and market engagement. Lender Labs successfully offers users straightforward ways to efficiently handle their lending portfolios.

At HomeSpotter, I collaborated with executive, product, and design teams to improve the platform across multiple teams, including:

• Boost Product team: delivered high-impact features such as video ads, virtual open house ads, complete checkout experience overhaul/rewrite to Typescript, improved ad creative process for better customization, and coupon support
• Implementation and Data team: identified areas of opportunity in the customer onboarding process, resulting in increased efficiency through internal tooling
• Scaling Operation Systems team: expanded customer management capacity by developing a centralized dashboard for efficient customer data capture and communication

In addition, I played an instrumental role in:

• Leading the upgrade of our php codebase from 5.6 to 7.4
• Helping drive the development and adoption of Elixir and GraphQl, resulting in the creation of an internal API that became a crucial part of HomeSpotter’s tech stack
• Contributing significantly to the development of the homespotter.com marketing site.

• Completed a freelance project in collaboration with a designer to develop a set of HTML elements for a client's CMS
• Utilized expertise in front-end web development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to create a collection of reusable elements that could be easily implemented by the client's development team
• Worked closely with the designer to ensure the elements aligned with the client's brand and design specifications, resulting in a cohesive and visually appealing final product.

• In my role at the Dashe & Thomson, I quickly adapted to new challenges and took on additional responsibilities with limited oversight
• As a result, I was able to implement organization-wide changes and make a significant impact on the company's processes and operations

• Restructuring the employee utilization strategy to improve effectiveness and profitability
• Leading the transition to a new file management system with no operational downtime

• Researching and implementing a new time tracking software for employees and contractors
