Summary

I am a hardworking Corrections Officer that has managed over 100 inmates as an OIC and as a previous acting Sergeant. I show up to work on time ready to start my shift in a professional manner. I make sure all my equipment is ready to start the day as well. I have made quick decisions to better increase and maintain the safety and security of the Jail and other inmates. I have managed and have had to call in/mandate employees into work to meet the policy at the WCSO. I have gone to numerous trainings to better myself. I also correct employees and inmates to keep the professionalism and security within the Jail. Before starting at the Jail I was a Corporal in the Marine Corps and managed multiple Marines on my shift as a squad leader. I think I am a good fit to fill in for the Sergeant position as I am very knowledgeable within the Jail and have worked here for 3 years.
