  • Accountable as Chief of Information Systems for USARC HQ, Force Management, G-3/5/7. Utilize knowledge of computer automation, telecommunications, information assurance, and cybersecurity to supervise, plan, direct and coordinate operations and activities.   • Provide technical support, evaluation and approval of all IT acquisitions, and manage the life cycles of automated information systems (AIS), databases (Oracle, SQL) and web technology. Serve as Information Assurance Security Manager (IASM), providing automation security services, including development of accreditation documents (DIACAP), continuity of operations plans (COOP), and user training. Create, review, evaluate and approve Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs). Serve as USARCs representative and subject matter expert to US Army wide projects Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A), Army Organization Server (AOS) Data Initiative (DI), Global Force Management (GFM) Data Initiative (DI).
