  • Developed Quality Assurance department. Developed newly created Quality Assurance department. Instituted quality control processes and KPI’s, initially for vacuum trucks. Responsibilities later expanded to recruiting and hiring training and mentoring 2 Quality Assurance associates. Quality inspections then expanded to include all products and parts manufactured by Satellite Industries. IMPACT: Rapid and drastic improvement in the quality and customer satisfaction of our vacuum trucks.
  • Opened greenfield portable sanitation operation. Recruited by the owner of NTR Rents in Deer Park, TX as an equity partner to open a greenfield portable sanitation operation in Midland, Texas. Started from zero, hired and trained staff. Sold, delivered and serviced portable toilets, handwashing stations, toilet, shower and de-contaminating trailers. Managed one on-site sales representative and numerous sales reps based in Cedar Park. IMPACT: Operation was profitable within 3 months, a company record.
  • Achieved monthly and annual sales and profit quotas. Created monthly sales plans in January. Modified, improved and created new plans throughout the year to respond to market changes or competitive pressures. IMPACT: Attained annual sales and profit quotas 6 times in 10 years.
