In this position customers would come in for seminars about solar, I would be the speaker at these seminars. Customers would sit at a table along with a sales associates and ask questions after an hour seminar. I would be available and answer questions our sales associates were unsure about. Seminars were held in the evening and early on weekends. During the week I would train the sales associates and at times would make sales myself. These systems ran about $10,000 during that time, some ranged up over $20,000. Once a sale was made, I would go with the sales associate and an engineer to explain how the system would be installed along with the time frame for installation.
TRW was an aerospace company performing experimental testing for the military and other government agencies. The most noted project we achieved was the Pioneer Space vessel. I worked in an area that was considered dangerous due to the gasses we worked with to study lasers and to create them. I also worked out of state for agencies like the EPA. I built models from blueprints created by engineers and PhD's for testing. I had a secret security clearance.
