- At Top End Preowned Auto Sales, I oversaw all deals, cash and finance. We on average would do 45-60 deals a month. Everyday I worked with multiple lenders, other dealerships, and wholesale auctions and made sure to strengthen our relationship. I worked closely with our team’s sales members and made sure to personally greet all customers as well as diffuse any conflicts and do my best to turn those into a positive outcome. I also worked closely with our title department to ensure all paperwork was being processed in a timely manner, preventing any delays in vehicle delivery or payments.
- Another part of my role at Top End was up keeping inventory. I bought cars online and appraised cars being sold directly to us, or traded in. I made sure to maximize as much profit as possible while also giving the customer a fair deal.
- During closing time, I was responsible for the lot, making sure all cars were locked, keys were secured, and the doors to the building were locked as well as setting the alarm.

- At ACV Auctions, I was the lead inspector for the Princeton, Beckley, and Lewisburg areas. I assisted a helping hand in the Charleston and Huntington area. I would also train any new hire VCI’s before they went off to their own territories.
- ACV Auctions is an online dealer only wholesale auto action. My primary role was to write a detailed, thorough reports on vehicles so the buying dealers could make confident bids without seeing the car. These dealerships heavily relied on us so they can upkeep inventory. We worked in all climates to ensure this was done.
- Another big part of my job at ACV was maintaining and strengthening these relationships we had with our dealer partners. Everyday I would stop in at multiple dealerships and built many great relationships. These relationships not only helped grow ACV as a whole, but let the dealer know they who they could when they needed something done.

- At Sam’s Club, I was responsible for ensuring that the sales floor was fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing for customers. My duties included receiving deliveries, unloading merchandise, and checking inventory levels to ensure products were available for customers. I worked closely with the rest of the team to ensure the entire store was being taken care of.
- After hours, I took on the role of forklift driver, ensuring that the backstock and storage areas were efficiently organized. I was responsible for safely operating the forklift to move large shipments from the loading docks to designated storage areas, making sure that the merchandise was securely stored and accessible for restocking.
