Im Energetic and dependable with over 30 years of knowledge in the Houston Police department with experience mainly in traffic enforcement where I have been for over 22 years. I demonstrate great communication, and teamwork skills, with proven ability to quickly adapt to new environments. Im eager to contribute to team success and further develop professional skills. I bring a positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning and growth.

• I have been presented with 13 citizen letters of appreciation, 22 supervisor commendations, 2 Assistant Chief Commendations, 1 Mayors Commendation, 1 Officer of the month commendation and was part of 2 Chief of police Unit Citations
• I have made over 2,800 DWI related arrest, over 50 arrests for Intoxication manslaughter, and have over 3500 arrestable charges in my 30-year career as a street officer and DWI Investigator.
• I have done over 300 DRE evaluations which has been said to be the most by any DRE officer in the state of Texas.
• I received accolades from Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) for his persistence and commitment of arresting and keeping drunk drivers off the roadways. I received awards in 2007, 2013 for my commitment to arresting drunk drivers. In 2012 and 2014 I received the MADD Hero of the year award for DWI Enforcement for the most DWI arrest in the Houston region. In 2015 I also received the MADD Hero of the year award for the most Drug Enforcement arrest of drivers.
