Supervise Warehouse Worker III's / II's; CWP's; and monitors maintenance workers/contractors. Plans, assigns, prioritizes and evaluates all aspects of product assembly and packaging,, receiving, shipping, distribution of food an non-food products, safety and sanitation compliance and inventory product counts on a daily cycle, quarterly and annual basis; administers training and maintains training log of approximately 50 staff members; manages staff schedules; leads he execution of operational procedures to ensure that customer deliveries, projects and deadlines ae met within a timely manner.
Secures and maintains building and safety of persons; opens and closes the operation building; controls gate and delivery entrance; monitors approx. 20 security cameras; schedules site inspections, such as fire alarms, OSHA food and personnel safety inspections; ensures building and code regulations are adhered to; conducts monthly safety training and ensures employee safety training schedule is current and up-to-date; maintains current safety data sheets (SDS); ensures first aid and safety equipment is available at all times; initiates injury reports; provides county vehicle collision reports.
