
Years of success while working in multiple roles with dealers in the print and packaging industry, has given me a unique perspective to understand their challenges and what makes them successful. I learned early on that the relationship between me, my sales/marketing and support teams and the client is an important key to a long and successful partnership. Those relationships have allowed me opportunities that would not have been possible without them. While constantly looking for profitable revenue opportunities for the client, I continue to insist on the importance of successful support. I believe that this is paramount to cultivating trust with a client but it is also important to endorse that within my own organization.
I have been adamant while holding my teams expectations high, from hitting sales numbers to managing expenses.
I have effectively carved out and grown productive relationships with valuable groups including industry analysts, multi-channel associations, media, wholesalers and retailers.
