Started off working in the warehouse. Used scanners to pull orders for customers as well as shop orders. Put away stock, did inventory, returns, ect. (Nov. 2016-Sept. 2017)
Transfered to the CRC shop. Cleaned and inspected parts. Sandblast, used hand/air tools (buffers, grinders) installed heli-coils, keenserts, repaired parts that were salvageable. (Sept. 2017-Oct. 2023)
Moved out to engine tear down. Disassembled caterpillar engines for repairs. (Oct. 2023 -Current)
Operated seamless gutter machine and installed gutters and well as insulation.
Worked in cabinet warehouse. Pulled orders, loaded trailers.
Customer service. Helped unload customers vehicles. Cars, trucks, trailers (open and covered) required a lot of problem solving and operating skills. Operated forklifts, skid steers, excavators, balers. Helped customers and companies sort metals (ferris and non-ferris) loaded and unleaded trailers.
Caught and packed glass at the end of the assembly line, also checked for defects in the glass and paint.
Worked in repack. Parts would come off the trailers in bins. I would have to remove them from the bins and put them on racks to be sent to assembly. Used a tugger to move parts to assembly. Transfered to stamping department. Operated a 2500 blanking press, overhead crane, set and setup stamping dies, unloaded coils and loaded them into the press.
