I have gained UST A/B & C Cerifications as of late along with my CPR as of 2 weeks ago.
When managing properties that come with generators these certifications are needed when being inspected annually by Broward and Miami Dade EOC inspectors.
These certs assure the county that a licensed person is on property to deal with all storage of fuel for generators etc.
I have taken it upon myself to redo my CPR cert that i had allowed to expire.
