  • Manage a team of 40 – 45 colleagues in the Returns Department. Brought the team’s moral and attitude into a positive state. Increased UPH up to company standards and above. Got department back into 3-day compliance rate from being 13 – 16 days behind processing expectations. Work with transportation and yard with incoming trailers and appointment numbers for a smooth flow in the yard. Over saw the processing and security of Jewelry and sunglasses which had special processing and security needs. I was POC several times when manager was on vacation.
