In my almost four years of working at this establishment, I was fortunate enough to learn every position available and perform at an expert level. While my primary role was a line cook, I also gained valuable experience as a server, bartender, host, and dishwasher. With this experience, I've gained valuable skills such as leadership, fast learning, and communication.

In this establishment, I was tasked with preparing, cooking, and plating everything on the menu to exact specifications. Being the only cook there, I was able to learn valuable skills such as working under pressure, multitasking, and independent management very well.

Working for Clark Electric, I was able to learn the very basics of the electrical field. Basics such as pulling wire, lighting/outlet installation, and underground wiring.
