2015 - 2020 - Arts & Assimilation Director - Montgomery Community Church, Cincinnati, OH. As one of five Directors in the organization, I served on the leadership team which directed strategies, cast vision, created policy and helped lead staff of 34 employees. I oversaw Worship Arts, Technical Arts, Communications and Guest Services. This required oversight of staff and volunteers, service planning and execution, leadership in small and large group or classroom settings, effectively communicating one on one, in small and medium sized groups and large weekend gatherings with average attendance of 1,100 people.

2011 - 2014 - Music Director - LifePoint Church, Brussels (Belgium) - Responsible for leading music in all public settings and services, communicating clearly and confidently to congregation. Also prepared media presentations, trained and scheduled volunteers.

2014 - 2024 - Served as Music Instructor at various camps and conferences with Creative Arts Europe, European Worship, Art Of Faith in Belgium, The Netherlands, Bulgaria, Spain and Turkey.

1993 - 2011- Music Producer/Songwriter- Self Employed, Nashville, TN Owner and operator of music production company and recording studio. Involved in various aspects of the music industry (Songwriting, Producing, Programming, Vocal Production, Engineering, etc) for various companies (Word, Star Song, Benson, Meadowgreen Publishing, EMI, Praise Hymn Soundtracks, Lifeway and more) Responsible for production budgets and deadlines, the hiring of musicians and choosing the appropriate recording environments.

1989-1993 - Music Producer/Songwriter/Vice President Tim Miner Music Inc/Artisan Productions, Dallas, TX. Began as assistant recording engineer. Quickly progressed to writing and producing recording artists and eventually assumed role as Vice President of company, sharing leadership of staff and production team. Worked for Word Records, Warner/Alliance, Frontline Music and more.
