- 2015 - 2020 - Arts & Assimilation Director - Montgomery Community Church, Cincinnati, OH. As one of five Directors in the organization, I served on the leadership team which directed strategies, cast vision, created policy and helped lead staff of 34 employees. I oversaw Worship Arts, Technical Arts, Communications and Guest Services. This required oversight of staff and volunteers, service planning and execution, leadership in small and large group or classroom settings, effectively communicating one on one, in small and medium sized groups and large weekend gatherings with average attendance of 1,100 people.
