As a successful chaplain, I have an important role in the management for operation stress control. Every chaplain has to perform religious rites, conduct worship services and provide confidential counseling.Also, he has to counsel services members and their families.

Two organizations have been formed to help churched and unchurched communities: Alleluia Education Center to oriente, educate and support young students spiritually, morally and economically and Eunice Organization that exists to guide young ladies and adult women and to train them in order to equip them to enjoy life with pride and respect, also to educate their families with success.

• Used Microsoft Excel to develop inventory tracking spreadsheets.
• Used Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to enhance and create data for my organizations.
• Volunteer Services at Westside Regional Medical Center ( Pharmacy Technician). From October 2014 to March 2015.
• Performing weddings in Broward, Dade and Haiti.
• Counseling couples before and after marriage in Broward, Dade and Haiti.
• Preaching in churches, and at funerals in many places here such as Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and South Carolina and Haiti.
• Door to door Evangelism trough Trinity Haitian Baptist Church and First Baptist Church of Sunrise.
• Comforting and prayer visites at hospitals and nursing homes to help patients with desperate times.
