• Handle the receiving of incoming goods and distribute to proper departments. Ensure all shipment met delivery dates and scheduled freight / LTL shipments.

• Worked general production, breaker, and operator. Ensured quality was met as well as keeping the area clean and free from waste trash and clutter.

• Ensured the safety and quality was met through shop floor engagement, planned production to meet or exceed customer expectations, monitored and encouraged continuous improvement projects through shop floor engagement and monitoring. Worked with team members to hold 5s events and projects. Ensured shop floor safety was being met through shop floor engagement, safety talks and employee engagement, stop and take 5, find it fix it programs. Met regularly with peers and communicated with all levels of management. Frequently used Microsoft Excel, Office, and Power Point. Tracked and monitored all KPI’s and shop floor metrics and presented them through daily SIM and weekly KPI meetings
