Eco PowerDeck replaces most conventional fixed-tilt BOS (balance of systems) with 100% recyclable, slip-form, mechanically-delivered concrete substrate. PowerDeck is tailored to any PV panel, lacks industry standard ground penetration, and enables any BIPV or glass face PV panel to be deployed in a utility-scale environment. PowerDeck expands panel manufacturer sales, developer revenues, and financier returns. PowerDeck means robust, reliable arrays that use as little as 50% of the land versus the industry standard, requires very little maintenance, can be constructed almost entirely with a handful of unskilled laborers and produces front-end construction savings and mitigates long term maintenance issues associated with fixed tilt and ground mounted tracking systems.
