  • Assessed client needs, provided quotes and made recommendations for Automotive Program services. We grew our Technet Care Care program year over year. More than 30 active shops in our 5 stores. We signed multiple shops in 2022 for Tool and Equipment Rewards. We gained commitment for over $200,000 in T&E sales for 2022. Implemented over 30 active stocking dealer accounts.
  • Pursued payment requests on past due accounts, implemented account creation and new credit accounts through Salesforce. trained and enrolled our commercial accounts in e-bill for more efficient account management.
  • Achieved sales goals consistently. we improved our overall numbers year over year. At the height of managing 5 commercial programs. We consistently hit $550,000 per period/month and consistently hit our stack numbers annually.
  • Researched innovative solutions for existing and new prospects. We often attended tool and equipment seminars, Sales training and E-learning. Also collaborated with product specialist, my fellow CAM's and CSM. We improve our knowledge through online research as needed to successfully service our customers and share the needed info with the stores and upper management.

  • Responded to incoming emails, company requests and client inquiries. We executed 50 in person calls per week and 20-40 in and out bound calls per week. Also collaborated with our 5 stores a minimum of once a week strategizing our action plans. Reviewing target numbers in Oracle. Also collaborated with our DM/OPS partners for store action plans. We attended weekly, monthly sales meetings in person and via Teams. Streamlined communication with customers and the stores, using Oracle dashboard, salesforce, outlook, and multiple conversations via phone and in person.
  • Performed annual reviews in person with accounts, increasing retention of current clients. Discussed future plans for their business and put together business plans to achieve customers goals.
  • Assisted clients with completing labor claim requests, facilitated prompt response from Advance Auto and part vendors. Also followed up with claim status. Assisted clients with program sales, e-services such as online billing/e-bill, online commercial ordering website and the suit of e-services offering from Advance Auto Parts.
  • Developed rapport and increased business revenue by hosting lunch-ins, open house meetings and training events for existing and prospective clients.
