  • Managed and supported the Alternate Access Vendor (AAV) team for the 4G Turn up at over 4,000 sites - Directed GC's to conduct surveys jointly with fiber venders (Verizon, Fiber Tech Networks, and Time Warner Cable) then created a Scope of Work and conducted daily calls to seek mutual Agreement with vendors.
  • Managed construction team and GCs to evaluate the work (Ordering Phase 1's and all other compliance / environmental concerns where needed) and assign out.
  • Coordinated all joint ventures with the vendors through close out.
  • Coordinated the joint efforts to turn up the 4G (variant of LTE) once construction and vendor complete.
  • Managed and maintained milestone deliveries and tracked such.
  • Directed and managed the team in support of stake holders (T-Mobile) management at senior levels.

  • MANAGED NSB TOTALING $52.5 MILLION … Across 45 Sites - Managed all phases of New Site Builds Project that entailed closing out 10 sites in 2007 and scheduling 35 sites in 2008. Sites varied in value between $1 million to $2 million (total site acquisition, construction and equipment).
  • NSB Project Management also included bid walks, site awards, NEPA, Phase 1 and 2 assessment procurement and remediation, A&E coordination and reviews, site forecasting, and reporting directly to customer.
  • MANAGED UMTS PROJECT TOTALING $3.25 MILLION … Completed in 3 Months - Managed to completion 25 assigned sites with cost between $75,000 and $250,000 and totaling $3.25 million; completed in 3 months.
  • Held oversight of 5 Construction Supervisors, 15 Contractors (up to 3 per site), vendor coordination with leaders such as Nokia and Lucent, adherence to OS&H policies, reporting and tracking, site audits, and site close-outs.
  • Drew up BOM and release materials. Successfully completed project which resulted in promotion to manage New Site Builds.

  • Hired and supervised work of contractors across multiple disciplines: Operating Engineers, Civil, Concrete, Tower Erectors, RF Installers, Mechanical, Plumbing, Carpenters and laborers.
  • Took Bechtel & National Grid Projects to 30% Profit - Supervised projects with major customers including Bechtel Communications, T-Mobile, General Dynamics, National Grid, and Sprint/NEXTEL.
  • Took Bechtel project from a low % margin to 30% profit in 1st year; also performed National Grid (Nextel's Automatic Transfer Switch) project at the same 30% profit margin.
  • Project Administration - Managed all close-out, punch list, DR-14, reports assembly and submittals with responsibility for coordinating projects from start to finish (bid-walks, pre-cons, true-ups, punch lists, job tracking and costing).
  • Communicated with customers including Field Supervisors, Construction Managers, Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Inspectors, Union & Labor Officials, Town Officials (Zoning Boards), Legal Counsel, General Managers, and Regional Vice Presidents.
