Accomplishments

Over the course of my career at the Sheriff's Office, I achieved the rank of Corporal. This position was attained after proving to supervision that I could carry the load of leading staff members in day to day operations as well as setting an example to be followed. As the title suggests, I maintained a role as supervisor of twelve staff members including scheduling, evaluations, incident report review and approval, policy and procedure adherence, uniform and equipment maintenance , time off requests and scheduling. Of course, officer safety and facility integrity were paramount.

In addition, the agency provided supervision with specialized training in Supervisory Techniques, Critical Incident Training etc.

I believe the structured environment of the Sheriff's Office and the decades of experience and training gained, will translate well to the Shoot Straight family.
