• Manage Grant Accountants, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable staff and functions for a $172M non-profit organization.
• Review support files and transactions for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate annual Single Audit for $14M of Federal programs.
• Maintain financial records and coordinate annual audit of company's retirement plans.
• Assist CFO with budget preparation for over 100 departments.

• Supervise 2 Grant Accountants.
• Reviewed monthly invoices and financial reporting for 40 grant contracts.
• Continued responsibilities for the Single Audit and assisting CFO with budget preparation.

• Manage recording and invoicing of grant contracts with revenues ranging from $8-$12M.
• Coordinate annual Single Audit and prepare Schedule of Federal Awards presented in audit report.
• Budget preparation for grants division and assist CFO with other divisions.
• Prepared monthly journal entries and reconciliations.
