Oversaw all NSF Agriculture Services for the US, both Accredited and Non-Accredited that included the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) Standards such as Global Good Agriculture Practices (Global GAP), PRIMUS GFS, HACCP and others. Additional oversight included the transition of NSF AG US services into the NSF Supply Chain Division; and the design of a new Global Development Program for NSF which was presented to the Board of Directors and approved as a new Business Unit.
Established the Global Development Program Business Unit (BU) that consisted of of 4 cross functional teams focusing on: 1) International Food Safety, 2) Supply Chain Development (Block Chain / Trace-ability) 3) Animal Wellness / Beef and Dairy supply chains, and 4) Developing the fist Coffee Seed Verification Program for Central America. Additional leadership responsibilities included the negotiation of Strategic Partnership Agreements and the design US Government and Donor funded programs.
Led a cross functional team for the development of a new Local Capacity Grants Management system for sustainable community development activities for improving Agribusiness and food security of targeted vulnerable communities. The system improved Business Development Capabilities matching community driven projects with over 3,500 donor organizations. Designed the organizations new Strategy and M&E Plan for grants and Aid Distribution, and developed a new project management and tracking system. Which included integrating a new Food Aid Monitoring and Inventory Control system.
Provided Project Management Consultancies on project design and proposal development for responding to US Government solicitations to the Following Organizations:
Managed $16 million annual operations at USAID Bolivia, promoting sustainable agriculture and resource accessibility.
Oversaw $12.5 million per year economic growth programs at USAID Armenia, focusing on infrastructure and tax reform.
Led regional food security assessment team at Latin America and Caribbean Bureau, shaping strategic initiatives.
Directed $110 million annual operations in South Sudan, managing road construction and agricultural projects.

S.W.OT. Analysis Guatemala: Study assessed 20 Coffee & Agriculture COOPs in 13 Departments resulting in diversifying into new service offerings and a new business development program for affiliate producers.
Supervised 52 checkers and courtesy clerks overseeing front-end operations, daily, weekly accounting and cash management procedures resulting in $500-$800,000 in weekly sales volume.
Developed emergency relief and transitional response plan, leading cross-functional teams in management of USAID-funded $2.2 million PL 480 Title II Transitional Assistance Program (TAP) comprising 950 sustainable community-driven projects across 18 municipalities.
Negotiated a new Trade Finance service agreement for a Farmers Cooperative on new irrigation technology. Designed and delivered rural training seminars on Agribusiness for 22 area development programs.
Developed the strategic business plan, control system, negotiated contract for the exportation of “Okra” to the US. Supervised a rural field staff of 91 farmers. Insured quality controls and production standards for US market requirements.
