Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary. Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications or virus protection software. As an Information Technology Support Intern, I will provide technical assistance to users experiencing issues with their computer systems or software applications. i will work closely with other IT team members to ensure the systems run smoothly and efficiently. Whether helping a user recover a lost file or diagnosing a more complex issue, I am always ready to assist and provide the best possible support. In addition to technical support, I will also assist with various IT projects and initiatives. This might include researching new technologies or helping to implement new software across the organization.
