  • Oversaw the successful work transfer of all operations to Mexicali and supply chain in order to shut down manufacturing at the site.
  • Led the tool design, tool quality and tool compliance teams for Aerostructures and facilitated their their transitions into our engineering and quality teams.
  • Worked on tooling projects, specifically the establishment of a tool shop in Mexicali capable of manufacturing the tools needed to build detail parts for aircraft assemblies and spares.

  • Returned to detail fab and led the day to day operations, drove down the daily average for delinquent orders from a high of 1900 to less than 50.
  • Key contributor in driving the safety culture in fabrication where we reduce the annual recordable injuries from 94 to 2.
