• Evaluated components and final products against quality standards and manufacturing specifications.

• Duties as a Line Foreman included overseeing the safety my crew and others that was working on the jobsite. It included the planning and layout of the job, to keep the job moving in a safe and positive direction, and to assist the General Foreman in keeping the job under budget and on time. During my almost three years at PAR Electric I have worked as a Foreman on several different projects these include transmission new build and maintenance, distribution new and maintenance of underground and over head lines. In 2018 I was selected to go to Texas and take a two training course to be certified in barehanded techniques, with the use of a robotic arm to be able to change out poles and insulators up to 345kv while energized.

• Installed and maintained overhead and underground electrical power lines and auxiliary equipment. These included transmission and distribution lines new and rebuild. I worked closely with an inspector from the utility and the upper management from Sturgeon Electric and Westar Energy, to insure the job was safely done and to come in on time and if possible under budget.

I was A General Foreman over many cost plus distribution projects from major road widening to single phase projects out in the country. At one point I was reasonable for tens crews and helped keep them going by calling in locates, assisting with outages, switching procedures, and the general safety of my guys. I was responsible for tool and operating cost of each project, and the center point for relations between contractor and utility.

• Removed old poles and hardware and replaced with new equipment.
• Performed maintenance and reconductoring work in varied weather conditions.

Worked with Journeymen Linemen to gain knowledge to safely and proficiently install, and maintain over head and underground powerlines.
