The job involves controlling material for contractors, taking clearance's for contractors to be able to perform their work inside substations. Inspecting their work and making sure it's up to the specifications of the host utility. I send in daily reports to management on Microsoft 365, and store it to One Drive. We use Blue Beam software for any field changes so it's done in real time on the server. I help coordinate, between the utility and contractor.

During my almost three years at PAR Electric I have worked as a Foreman on several different projects these include transmission new build and maintenance, distribution new build and maintenance of underground transformers and and over head lines. In 2018 I was selected to go to Texas and take a two training course to be certified in barehanded techniques, with the use of a robotic arm to be able to change out poles and insulators up to 345kv while energized.
