Through my experience as a Crew Trainer at McDonald’s, I developed strong leadership and communication skills by training new employees, maintaining high customer service standards, and ensuring efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Working in the deli department at Sprouts strengthened my attention to detail, food safety knowledge, and ability to manage multiple tasks while providing friendly, personalized service. As a door-to-door representative for Sunrun, I built confidence in sales, persuasive communication, and adaptability in engaging with diverse customers.
