David Mozley

● Performs assigned technical operations, training, research, planning, policy, program assessment, and administrative activities for the SOC's warning, alert, and communications systems and emergency operations.

● Serves as a liaison to staff, government agencies, community organizations, and the general public to confirm information and/or explain and provide technical assistance on program specifics and requirements.

● Reviews and evaluates information on emergency management activities to identify gaps in resources and recommend improvements.

• Worked closely as a liaison between KBR and the Second Marine Expeditionary Forces and the 82nd Airborne Division to meet the Theater Transportation Mission and Corps Logistics and Support needs.
• Oversaw the coordination and management of LOGCAP services for four contingency operation bases and contingency operations sites in Western Iraq.
• Managed and or implemented over 20 projects to support the LOGCAP program.
• Ensured compliance with Federal Regulations and Task Order 159.
• Streamlined processes with KBR and our partners, saving the US Government over $10 million dollars.

• Chief logistical planner for the train-up for the 4th Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division's train-up and deployment to Operation Joint Forge in Bosnia.
• Executed the rapid deployment of over 165 pieces of ground vehicles and 45 airframes from Fort Hood to Fort Polk, Louisiana, and back, and rapidly deployed those assets to Bosnia using land, rail, air, and sea assets within a two-week period.
• Completed the U.S. Air Force Joint Aircraft Load Planning Course.
• Completed the U.S. Army Movement Officer Course.
• Oversaw air load deployment of eight OH-58D helicopters via C5A Galaxy.
