Responsible for the hands on supervision of the operation, design, construction, commissioning, repair, installation and maintenance of a wide variety of industrial HVAC and electrical systems used for the production and manufacturing of medical grade cannabis products in Maryland and Missouri.

Energy Management Analyst. Responsible for tracking the utility usage and cost data for 175 schools. Program and inspect Johnson Controls and Siemens building automation systems with an emphasis on energy conservation. Implement cost saving measures by maximizing the use of the Siemens and Johnson controls DDC control systems. Assisted with managing multiple Energy Service contracts with Noresco and Johnson Controls.

Responsible for the hands on supervision of 12 trades technicians to include HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance. Hands on supervision of the operation, maintenance and repair of 2 central heating and cooling plants with thermal storage, all HVAC and refrigeration systems systems, building DDC systems, electrical and architectural systems at Goucher College. Extensive experience with supervising the maintenance, repair and installation of commercial HVAC/R systems to include large water and air cooled chillers, boilers, air handlers, exhaust systems, heat pumps, VAV boxes, variable frequency drives, pumps, air compressors, walk in boxes, split systems and DDC controls. Responsible for representing Goucher College on all construction projects from inception through to occupancy. Responsible for inspecting all projects during the construction and commissioning phase to ensure that the college received a quality project that met all specifications. While working at Goucher I was involved with the design, construction and commissioning of multiple projects valued in excess of $150 million dollars.
