Review training curriculum to ensure required standards are met, ensure all facility staff receive at least minimum required initial and annual training. Conduct initial staff training and annual training as necessary. Ensure all training is appropriately documented for each staff member. Conduct assigned investigations as necessary.

Observe and interact with residents, enforce rules of both Wyoming Department of Corrections and CRC-TC Manage two secured units • Schedule Resident Managers • Participate in On-call rotation Ensure all regulations and guidelines are being followed. Communicate with all shifts to ensure A.C.A And W.D.O.C Guidelines are being followed Train new staff Hire for empty positions.

Conduct facility rounds. Complete facility resident head counts Monitor resident behavior and gain compliance with facility standards. Complete incident reports and daily check lists as necessary. Tour facility daily and inspect for fire safety, physical plant maintenance, or general safety concerns.

Maintain inventory counts, monitor and log all EAS system activations. Report all observed suspicious behavior from customers and employees. Monitor all store to store transfers.

Ensured security and safety procedures of client were followed at all times. Exterior and interior site patrols, monitoring CCTV, dealing with internal/external security situations and safety hazards.
