At the end of the day, I'm sure you get plenty of resumes that end up all sounding the same from people who are from all different walks of life.
With me, what you see is what you get. I don't lie because there is no need to and I do what I say I am going to do because there really isn't another option.
I am stepping away from the startup world and am looking to get myself back out there bartending. I am easy to get along with and if you don't accept me for this position, it won't be for my lack of ability or experience.
These are just some attributes that have defined me in Tech & Marketing. I have owned and help found a few different start ups, some have been successful others not. But it takes a certain level of focus, determination, and grit to be able to cut it in that world.
I've been doing it for 4 years and enjoyed it, but I also feel like I've had my time working with startups and am at peace with my time there being done.
I'm looking to stop working remote and start using my hands again.
I'll save you the bland "resume speak".. Bleu Garten was the #1 most popular bar in OKC when I worked there, it was packed out every Th-Sunday for both day time and night time. It doubled as a food truck park with family & pet friendly features, so I have seen it all.
There was always something crazy going on which forced me to react and kept me on my toes. There is nothing that happens behind the bar that surprises me or would catch me off guard.
I was responsible for keeping the grounds and bar area clean and making sure that we were always quick and efficient in serving customers, since we would attract huge crowds.
I'll never forget St. Patty's day 2018 working from 9am-5am fighting the crowds, getting dirty, going at a million miles-per-hour to make sure we survived such a hectic day. And let me tell you, it was super fun.
You need someone with bartending experience who can step right into the role and go, without having to worry about them. I have experience at every level and I'm ready to go.
I have many hard skills that might not be necessary for a bartending position, but I know how to mix drinks and pour the perfect tap, with the perfect head
At one of my old marketing businesses, we had a restaurant client that wanted to get into catering. We were able to generate them over 100 leads via Facebook ads for less than $10 CPL, they ended up having to pause for a few months because we got them so much work they couldn't handle all the requests.
I am a professional level instrumentalist.
I actually have 3 degrees.
I stay active often. Surf, Skate, Rock Climb, Gym, Hike, Run etc
