I started in the aerosol industry as a material handler. I quickly gained experience in all aspects of the job. i.e., shipping/receiving, production, and warehouse. A position became available in the waste department. I applied for the job and got it. In November 2021 the EHS manager offered me the position of value stream lead. I am familiar and comfortable with most aspects of aerosol production.

Schedule waste pick ups with all couriers.
Ensure all team members follow dot and hazwopper waste removel guidelines.
