My job consisting traffic and pedestrian from any danger that can be encounter at all job locations at the time of operation

• Improved overall site safety with implementation of best practices and constant communication among crew members. I would install cables and net on the perimeter of each floor to avoid anyone falling. I will make tops to cover every hole in site, barricade holes and stairs, and I was in charge installing anchors for my co-workers to be able to lock on with their harnesses.

Worked in a non profit organization for an SRO building. My duties was maintaining my assign floors clean and maintained and also completing work orders from the tenants specific requests in due of fixing. I will strip and polish my floors with an operating machine on the daily basis to reach the companies standard of approval. Work orders will consist of handyman work such installing cabinets fixing toilets and light fixtures.
