started as a apprientence welder fabicator move up to a lead welder than became the weld shop supervior my role was to meet a schdule and cordinate it threw the weldshop by delagating it with mutiple welders and my other shifts,along with supporting the monthly shipping requirement for companies for payroll and income to keep the doors open

This was own buiness i partner with my father who Also was A welder we installed Stairs ,railing,some structual steel with mutiple well known companies Hanover iron works, Waggoners fabercation divions and Eddies welding to name a few we had delevople a fairly good small buiness but the ecomonly started to crash so i went to work for Hanover iron works

I installed Stairs and railing, and anything else in the miscell metals ,I had a small crew of men to supervise mostly just had suoported each other to get the job done to there schudel along with my duties of Daily ,commuication with project manament, and my direct General Manager, With deception of what was estimated verse what was real, along with order my own equiptment some times it required a reason.

I was the lead builder of the water Taxi for the inner Harbor this was funded by Under Armor owner it was my 1 ultimate challenge as i incorpertaded all my experience in to buildind the Fixtures the roll over frames lifting rig for the Crane and the boat Also

After a couple years away i went back as a feild erector than ,a second shift shop foreman had a small group of like 7 people all fairly new to the miscelloues metal world had train them to serve the companies need along with having the delivery trucks loaded for the next moring . Eventualy They added another facillty in Richmond and second shift was ended so i was put back as a feild foreman as i remained until my departure

I have been hired as a feild Foreman but i currently have not been running any of the work mainly been just a experice hand to assist other foreman im not doing the same things as other foreman like times on jobs ,reveiw,disiplinary no normal responabilties ,been traveling to differnt job in differnt in differnt states . Have done siding to millwright ,and structual steel
