• Responsible for evaluating quality controls to see how effective they are at identifying errors in system analyst.

• Supervise multiple contractors while televising and cleaning storm water and sanitary lines.
• Navigating ArcGIS maps to locate and analyze exact information to make informed decisions as to which lines may need repairs in future.
• Provides technical writing of the best management practices (BMPs), and expertise in the development and implementation of stormwater programs.
• Prepares and participates in the development of a variety of reports, policies, procedures, rules, ordinances, municipal codes, amendments, and permits related to stormwater; acts as a liaison with consultants, contractors, vendors, internal and external agencies.
• Monitors compliance with and serves as liaison to applicable federal, state, and county regulations and programs; coordinates compliance activities; represents the City and the department at a variety of regional, state, and local meetings.

• How to properly diagnose camera issues (Transporter or Camera issues)

• Provide technical preventative maintenance to water and sewer lines
• Troubleshoot problems and complaints and provides customer service to residents, contractors, engineers, and development personnel
• Use a variety of tests and techniques to determine the cause of issues.
• Maintain CCTV equipment and follows established procedures for camera set up
• Complete a variety of City specific forms, surveys and reports
• Provide support to contractors, citizens, other divisions and departments by means of telephone, email and face to face meetings
