David Ur

Consummate leader with over 29 years of experience in the Law Enforcement and Private Security arena. Throughout my career, the depth and breadth of my experience spans the following areas: law enforcement supervisory leadership over a team of detectives, community patrol, school resource officer, crisis intervention, mass casualty incident management, as well as private security for a Pharmaceutical company in various locations in NJ. I have a proven track record of building high performing, diverse teams that protected and served our community. I drove the creation and implementation of new processes with an out box mindset that allowed for agility in an ever changing law enforcement environment. I have demonstrated achievement in effectively leading internal and external cross-organizational teams, building strong relationships, developing an environment of transparent communications, establishing common goals and driving compliant execution to realize results for our organization and the people we served.

October 1991 - Honorably Discharged as a Corporal, USMC

1) Selected to a special infantry detachment (U.N.I.T.A.S. - United Allied States) to improve relations and develop maritime understanding with South American countries.

2) Last duty assignment: MCT (Marine Combat Training - Camp Geiger, NC). Assigned to supervision and training of a company of Marines.
