I'm an extremely motivated Senior Associate currently with The Farmer's Dog that has been a positive impact on every crew I've had the pleasure of working alongside. I've proven my flexibility by working on every CX shift offered since my start at the company including the first morning crew as well as the first Senior Associate for the initial overnight crew. I've worked as a lead during my time as a Senior Associate on overnights by providing coverage updates and schedule adjustments while performing other duties that go above and beyond the typical duties of other Senior Associates including but not limited to Stripe actions and carrier proof of deliveries. During the Black Friday sale, I identified an issue with our website that caused customer issues with discounts as well as an extreme influx of emails, SMS, and phone calls. I worked closely with management in order to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I've continued to grow not only myself as a CX specialist, but my overnight crew as well alongside my current Lead in order to ensure the continued success of CX, The Farmer's Dog, and the health of pups across the country.
