- Created a service first attitude within the staff with a lead by example strategy. My staff is engaged and always thinks "what can I do for the member before anything else" this creates a special member first environment that increases both retention and growth.
- Developed and Managed a yearly budget with 2.3 million dollars in total revenue.
- Have maintained a healthy relationship with Sunbelt rentals that has offered at no cost multiple equipment rentals to improve course facilities. Savings of thousands of dollars.
- Added 50 memberships in 2023 to increase overall revenue. The club now has 450 total memberships with 89 families on the wait list.
- Weekly staff meetings conducted without fail to insure all staff is up to speed on activities taking place within the club.
- Updated Employee manual to include all club policies and procedures to insure all employees are informed as to the policies and procedures of the club.
- Developed job descriptions for Food & Beverage Manager, Head Golf Professional and General Manager.
- Increased revenue figures in the grill operation with attention to detail on inventory, staffing, food waste and proper storage techniques.
- Arranged installation of new more robust POS program that includes member interaction i.e. members can make tee times, members can view and pay their bill online. It has $0 cost to the club and will improve efficiency and thus bringing in more revenue.
- Installed the Clubster communication system in 2022. It improved the communications with the membership 1000%. With each communication sent out, the members receive both a push notification and an email. This is to insure the receipt of the information.
- Installed Member Directory and Member Business directory for better communication and support within the membership.
- Updated rental contracts to include the Banquet Room facility, Outside Tournaments, etc
- Arranged installation of a new website Foxrunclub.com to upgrade the look for prospective members to be attracted to the club.
- Maintained yearly calendar to include all golf and banquet room reservations are out and available for all to see and take advantage of.

- Increased Golf Shop Sales from $80,247.15 in 2011 to $202,895.97 in 2020. Increase of 152%.
- Increased Golf Shop profit from $9,873.98 in 2011 to $37,055.32 in 2020. Increase of 375%. Expenses dramatically reduced. Better product that sells and more creative purchasing.
- Increased membership totals from 266 families with monthly dues revenue of $39,595 to 400 families with monthly dues revenue of $70,496. $370,000 dollar increase yearly.
- Maintained a waiting list for membership from 2015 through 2023.
- Created a Robust Junior Program that has 30 + memberships created from parent involvement.
- Increased membership retention rates with exceptional customer service and consistent communication efforts.
