I'm a recent Great Lakes Maritime Academy graduate with a U.S. Coast Guard Third Mate Unlimited license and a First Class Pilot License seeking a Third Mate position with Hornbeck Offshore Services. This opportunity would be my first assignment as a licensed deck officer. My sea time was earned aboard the training ship the State of Michigan during my summer terms at GLMA. I served as Bosun during my final summer sea term, overseeing deck maintenance, line-handling, shipboard operations, small-boat operations, and safety duties. I led anchoring and mooring stations and coordinated work efforts among deck cadets under supervision of the Third Mate and Captain. I am dedicated to contributing to HOS's reputation for operational excellence and I'm committed to safe operations, strong teamwork, and professional growth in HOS's advanced OSV fleet.
