As section leader I took the responsibilities of creating lesson plans and ran sectionals as needed throughout both marching and concert seasons. If a student in my section needed private help, they would come to either me or a squad leader if I was busy and I would be more than happy to assist them, whether it be difficulty marching or playing, I always went to rehearsals ready to help out with whatever was needed.

As woodwind captain, I upheld the same responsibilities alongside being section leader, but I also helped the drum majors and directors by making sure the leadership positions below me such as section leader, squad leader, etc.. were all doing their jobs well and maintaining a high level of dignity.

• Maintained menu knowledge to provide recommendations and answers to customer questions.
• Observed health code regulations and internal policies for cleaning and sanitizing.
• Provided details on seasonal flavor availability, ice cream source, allergens, and specials.
• Greeted incoming customers and provided reliable, friendly customer service.
• Processed sales transactions for cash, debit, and credit purchases.
• Accurately operated cash register to process customer payments.
