• Called out of Retirement to help the Richland #44 School District try to resolve some serious issues it had experienced. Worked very hard to rebuild positive relationships with the communities that make-up the school district.
• Held numerous meetings with patrons/parents from these communities to establish an open, respectful line of communication.
• Met on many occasions with students and staff to establish positive, helpful relationships.
• Developed and managed the 10 million dollar budget for the school year
• Reviewed and updated district, staff, and student policies.
• Reviewed and updated the employee performance evaluation documents.
• Established an Open Door policy for students, staff, parents and patrons.
• Initiated team building exercises for students and staff.
• Determined facility needs through observation and analysis.
