As a corporate representative, primary responsibilities are to maintain consistent communication with local Entertainment Directors and staff, coordinate and monitor player/show development through weekly site visits and performance based interaction.
• Develope and implement comprehensive training program for new hires and developing entertainers. Additional responsibilities pertaining to training include national recruiting and working with local mentors and supervision of the development of all trainees/musicians.  Responsible for entertainer payroll submission and auditing as well as fudiciary consideration as it pertained to staff budgeting and compensation. 
• Oversight and maintenance of pro audio equipment and sound design for all corporate locations including stage gear and DSP systems. Primary liaison and purchasing between local sound representatives and sound equipment dealers.
• Assistant NED for Howl USA from 2008-2009; duties included player training, clerical responsibilities pertaining to entertainer payroll, scheduling, player coverage and travel.
• Entertainment Director Howl Houston (2007-2009). Primary responsibilities included defining and establishing the concept in a new market, training entertainment staff and maintaining the show format consistent with the company tenets.
