• I am entering into my fourth year coach archery at a local middle school. Our team started from the ground up, no equipment, no designated practice area or time frame in which to begin. Within a few months we were able to acquire enough donations to start ordering equipment and were able to secure a time frame and area to practice in. The team started with great interest and we have consistently had 50 archers to show up to practice. We have had 40 archers sign up for tournaments. I am eager to see how the team grows and continues.

I owned and operated our family business for 20 years of which I was there full time for 14 years. As my kids became older and my husband was able to start helping at the business I chose to go back to work. The business provided many opportunities, experiences and lessons. Exiting this chapter was difficult but the time spent in the business provided me with many skills that I hope to apply to this position.
