I began at Sonitrol Security as a dispatch operator, with in three months the offer as a training operator was given to me. The duties were to train new hires all the functions of the monitoring platforms, trouble shooting equipment, executing incoming and out gaining calls, ensuring ability to effectively execute all standard operating procedures. Current roll is the Central Station Dispatch Supervisor, ensure all operators and data support are in compliance with company policy and procedures, making sure all daily task are completed any complications or issue are communicated to the other supervisor and management. Finally the most important responsible is ensuring all the operators on the shift feel safe and supported so that all operators are able to feel free to communicate any and all concerns or feelings,
