I also provide behavioral support, by implementing positive reinforcement strategies, redirecting disruptive behavior, providing calming techniques, and assisting with sensory needs.
I provide physical assistance by helping with mobility needs, providing adaptive equipment, and supporting with self-care tasks.
I provide communication support, by facilitating communication with the teacher and peers, using augmentative communication devices, and interpretating verbal and non-verbal cues.
I build strong relationships with students and their families.
I also share feedback with teachers on supports what works best for the students.
