Summary

Compassionate Social Worker with experience in assisting children, parents and individuals with disabilities achieve a better day-to-day quality of life. Throughout my Social Work career, I have always been drawn to engaging with the more “challenging populations” and believe I was always meant to do so. As an 8-year-old child, I remember taking it upon myself to eagerly search for a family to be adopted by and finally achieved this when I was 15 years old. I understand the heartache and the longing that is attached to waiting for your family to find you and I do not believe giving up is ever a suitable answer. I am committed and looking forward to using my knowledge, skill set and life experience to facilitate family connections for those who simply haven’t met yet.
